What is a Euro Magnet or Euro Oval Sticker?

Many of the license plates of European cars appear strikingly similar. In the late 1960's the United Nations created a system of vehicle country stickers to help differentiate one country from another. The one, two, or three letters indicate a car's country.

The euro style has since become trendy in the United States, expanding beyond stickers to now include magnets as well.

The designs in the United States generally adhere to the two or three letter concept, but there is often colored text, logos, and web addresses. Since they don't indicate a country code in the US, there are no strict standards to be followed, therefore allowing your design to be whatever you like.
